Ingredients: Steak, olive oil, butter, Worcester Sauce, mustard, aged Whisky, creme - on the vegetable side: shallots, mushrooms, garlic, parsley - A Ribeye Steak of this thickness is seared 90 seconds on each side, keeping in mind that later on it gets some additional heat while lying in the cooking mushroom sauce. A dash of flavourful aged Scotch Whisky will enhance the flavour of the sauce immensely.
