On special request from one of my subscribers, Stephen Sutcliffe, here's a pleasant one-off disco album by model Marsha Hunt (b. 1946) who had relationships with both Marc Bolan and Rolling Stone's Mick Jagger. She released two blues-rock flavoured LPs in the early 70s before hooking up with Donna Summer's producer Pete Bellotte for a disco album, recorded at the Musicland Studios with all the key Munich Machine members, Keith Forsey, Les Hurdle, Mats Björklund, Geoff Bastow, Dino Solera, and Gitta Walther, Lucy O'Neale & Betsy Allen on backing vocals. Icelandic keyboard player Thor Baldursson arranged the whole album and also co-wrote all the songs with Bellotte. In the US, a special 12“ single was released, a Wally MacDonald mix of Midnight and Heartache, but overall the album was not successful, and Hunt never continued her singing career. 00:00 A1.
