Ингредиенты Ingredients for making Kothimbir Vadi • 2 cup finely chopped coriander धनिया • 1 cup gram flour बेसन • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder हल्दी पाउडर • 1 tsp chili powder मिर्च पाउडर • 1 tsp coriander powder धनिया पाउडर • 1/2 tsp ginger paste अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट • 1/2 tsp green chilli paste हरी मिर्च का पेस्ट • 1/4 tsp asafetida हींग • 2 tsp oil तेल • 1/2 tsp carom seed अजवाइन • salt to taste नमक स्वादअनुसार • 1/4 cup roasted and crushed peanut powder मूंगफली • 1 tsp sesame seeds तिल • oil for deep-frying तेल • Water पानी • Method • Combine the besan, turmeric powder, chili powder, ginger paste, green chilli paste, asafoetida, oil, salt and approx. water in a bowl and mix well. • Add the coriander and peanut powder and mix very well. • Steamed in the steamer for 10 minutes. • Cool and cut into equal pieces using a sharp knife. • Heat the oil in a pan, add a few pieces of Kothimbir Vadi and deep-fry till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides. Drain on an absorbent paper
