I feel like an important part of communication is to learn to be short and succinct when needed. Catchy, powerful phrases usually don’t have much room for fluff. However, while these have a lot of impact, removing the details sometimes adds confusion. When I see someone ask if a fitness advice tidbit is “bad,“ it often depends on our interpretation. The nature of social media (and communication in general) often means we’ll understand the same statement in different ways, so I go a bit more in depth to find what can help us and what we should avoid. That said, I realized while making this that all of these statements could still have more discussion. The video is already fairly long, but if you feel like I left out any interpretation, you can try to take the one that helps you most. I talk about why I do this at the end. Hope this can help! Have a wonderful day. Boop. Legal Notice: Consult your doctor before beginning any kind of exercise program.
