Happy New Moon in Taurus! This month's new moon is all about being grounded. Often during meditation the tendency is to expand up, and out into the universe. This can lead to a disconnect between your mind, and your body. When you are able to combine expansion with full awareness of your physical being, thoughts, and emotions, you can fully experience life in all of its richness. It can be challenging, and emotional to be in touch with your feelings, but as you become more grounded, you open yourself up to receive all of the abundance that life has to offer. Your experience on earth will be deeper than ever before. I begin this meditation with soft melodies played on the crystal bowls. As the sound journey progresses, you will be taken into deeper levels of relaxation. I encourage you to breathe, and focus on the earth beneath you as you listen. Send the intention to connect with the earth on a daily basis. Spend just a few minutes each day breathing, while feeling your feet, and drawing earth
