This is a footwork drill I learned from my first martial arts instructor Mr. Wood when I first started learning karate. To get started all you bed to do is tape a VW on the floor. It’s a great drill to play with when you’re trying to become more creative with your angles and stances. It can be a simple drill and you can continue to add to it as you get more comfortable with the movement to make it a more complex. Hope you enjoy the video!
