Bushido Mon Autumn Camp 2022. P.2

In 3 methodical videos, fragments of training and testing of participants of the Interregional Bushido Mon Autumn Camp 2022 (IFK, Russia) with Shihan Victor Fomin are presented. More than 50 representatives of Moscow and the Moscow region, Volgograd, Rostov and Penza regions, the Republics of Mordovia and Karachay-Cherkessia took part in the Camp. Part 2 presents the basic bunkai elements of normative techniques and kata, as well as testing the quality of performing combinations and kata. Special attention is paid to basic breathing exercises, including meditative aspects of the restoring breathing complex.
