This time I am using Grease Pencil as input source, grabbed from 3D View, and passing it into the basic ComfyUI diagram workflow that is using ControlNet SCRIBBLE as input. With this setup, you could have control over the scribbles via Grease Pencil, and being Grease Pencil, you could setup animated keyframes, scale, rotate, position in 3D.
