In a historic move, Angola has thrown open its doors to the world by introducing a groundbreaking visa-free entry policy, offering a warm embrace to nationals from over 90 countries. President Joao Lourenco signed the revolutionary resolution into law, titled Presidential Decree Number 189/23, on September 29, 2023, heralding a new era of tourism for the southern African nation. Under this progressive policy, travelers from more than 90 countries will enjoy visa-free access for up to 90 days, exclusively for tourism purposes. Angola's aim is to invigorate its burgeoning tourism sector and invite explorers from around the globe to discover its rich cultural heritage and natural wonders. Notably, 14 African nations, including Tanzania, Eswatini, Morocco, Lesotho, Rwanda, Zimbabwe, Equatorial Guinea, Botswana, Madagascar, Malawi, Mauritius, Seychelles, Cape Verde, and Algeria, are included on the list for visa-free entry. Additionally, since December 2017, South Africans have enjoyed visa-free travel to Angola, further strengthening regional ties. This bold move places Angola in the elite club of only five African countries, including Seychelles, Mozambique, Rwanda, Comoros, and Madagascar, offering visa-free access or visas on arrival to citizens of all African nations. Furthermore, European and Asian travelers will also benefit from this progressive policy, with 35 European countries and 11 Asian nations enjoying 90-day visa-free stays. The United States, Portugal, Brazil, Cape Verde, Russia, and China have been designated as Angola's priority foreign countries, reflecting the nation's global outreach and desire to foster international relationships. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ✅SUPPORT US /AFFILIATE LINKS Use this affiliate link for your purchases at #MIZIZI International - Support our channel - PayPal: newafricachannel(at) Follow us on Instagram - Follow us on Twitter - Join us on Facebook - ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ✅COPYRIGHT DISCLAIMER The New Africa Channel doesn't fully own some of the materials compiled in its videos.
