One of our clients, Mark, from Canada, did the Mount Everest Base Camp Trek with a helicopter return to Kathmandu. This is the video recorded by Mark about his journey and the people he met on the way. #mounteverest #everestbasecamp #nepal #trekkinginnepal Mark, along with his loving wife Loraine and his two sons, Sam and Tyler, started in Kathmandu. They did a sightseeing tour of the UNESCO heritage of Kathmandu and flew to Lukla to start the trek. The distance from Lukla to Everest Base Camp is 65 km one way, and they did walk all the way to the base camp, following several Sherpa villages. The kindest man, Mark, then decided to fly in a helicopter from Gorakshep to Kathmandu after their base camp journey. They first flew to Lukla from Gorakshep and then flew back to Kathmandu from there. Thank you, Mark, for the great video footage.
