I am a big fan of gentle tapping and scratching, so those are the style of my most frequent uploads, but I make other types of trigger videos as well. I am also more than happy to hear your suggestions, so please don’t hesitate to comment and let me know if there are any types of videos or triggers you would like to see from me. PS, your “likes“ help me out a LOT! 😊 _.~“~._.~“~._.~“~._.~“~._.~“~._.~“~._.~“~._.~“~._ links: twitter: tip jar: * art/side channel: my artwork: tik tok: @bitty_asmr?lang=en letterboxd: *I am not taking video commissions at this time! ASMR stands for “autonomous sensory meridian response,“ and is defined by wikipedia as a “tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine.“ ASMR can be triggered by audio or visual stimuli. everyone is different: some people get ASMR from certain sounds but not others, and also not everyone experiences ASMR! but even if you don’t get that “tingling sensation“ it can still be helpful to relax you or help you fall asleep. here is a link to a playlist with a lot of trigger tests to see what triggers your ASMR.
