At one time the U.S. Navy had a war to help win and knew what RIGHT LOOKED LIKE. It had DISPERSED air power on cruisers, battleships and even destroyers that could launch INSTANTLY from catapults to get air power overhead and out in front of the fleet to find the enemy first to develop the situation in our favor and to keep submarines and enemy scout/attack aircraft away. http://
