In this video, I will show you how I make a carrot cake that my family loves. Ingredients: 4 Carrots 2 Eggs Sugar - 30 g / 1 oz Vanilla extract - 1tsp Flour - 170g / 6 oz Baking Soda - 1tsp Baking Powder - 1tsp Cinnamon - 1tsp Oil - 165ml / 0.7 cup Nuts - 45g / 1.5 oz Bake for 50 min at 302F/160°C For Icing: Cream Cheese - 250g / 8.8 oz Flavored Sugar - 11g / 0.4 oz Butter - / 0.3 oz Enjoy :)
