This is a Quadruplane Hang Glider designed and built by Larry Hall around 1978. This video was taken from a VHS cassette tape that was made from the original Super 8 movie film. These flights were made at The Point of the Mountain, Utah. The glider had a span (top wing) of 20 feet 10 inches. It weighed approximately 65 pounds.
