At the time of composing music, I often see paintings and images within myself. Composing the composition “North Sea”, in my imagination, very clearly and clearly, I saw a picture that, as it were, expressed what I felt at that moment, but I could only transmit in music. I, incredibly much, wanted to shoot a video clip, to convey through my musical composition and video those thoughts and feelings that so clearly arose in my imagination. For a long time I was looking for a location for filming, but once, a friend of mine, who had already passed the Santiago Path more than once, told me a place on the Atlantic, in the Spanish city of Mugia, which, as I later realized, almost exactly corresponded to that picture in my imagination, which I saw while composing this music. With cameraman Yegor Naryzhny, with whom we had already shot my previous clip, at the end of January of this year, we went to this incredible place called Costa da Morte (Cape of Death) and shot what I wanted to convey. In this work, I first acted as a director, the way I wanted to express my vision and ideas. What came of it, you judge. Composer and Performer - Yulia Monastyrenko. The recording was accompanied by the Moscow-City Orchestra, under the direction of Vladimir Yatskevich.
