Pink Iron Fabulous! The all girls gym I coach at had Fran on the board, and it was so tempting and fun to do it heavy before I taught classes. If you're unfamiliar with Fran, the workout is For Time : 21- 15- 9 Thrusters (95/65) Pullups and Fat Fran is girls doing the boys weight (95 lbs) and Chest to Bar Pullups.
