I would suggest starting with a tennis ball if you’ve never rolled before but if you need more resistance, use a lacrosse ball. - - Having a ball in your bag or purse will allow you to get 5 minutes of rolling every hour to give your feet some relief. - - We stand on our feet a lot and it’s important to maintain healthy elasticity in the foot.
