It’s very important to block these exercises into strokes for tighter pedal playings and not to loose control while playing fast. You can also work for these exercises on the floor or on the drum pads. This video is not prepared for extreme speeds like 230 bpms. It’s for to help the drummers which stucked around 130-140 bpm or can’t even use their slave foot strokes regularly at any tempo.
