A brief video demonstrating insertion of a supraclavicular brachial plexus catheter using a catheter-over needle set (Pajunk E-cath). IMO, it is important that the catheter should pass between the superior and middle trunks to reach the “corner pocket“, to ensure spread to all elements of the plexus during continuous infusion.
