Struggling with my leg workouts? Here is an alternative for beginners or those who need breaks in between the exercises. ♥︎ This workout targets our entire leg muscles - quads, hamstrings, calves & booooty! Do this workout 2-3 times per week to get sexy and toned legs. And no, it won't grow your thighs (if you don't use any weights). If you want to grow your thighs, you can do this workout with weights (e.g. dumbbells, kettlebell, ankle weights). ▪️ Intensity: Beginner ▪️ Recommendations: • Make sure to keep your knees behind your toes when you squat or lunge down and squeeze your booty on the way up. • While performing glute bridges, your weight has to be on your heels, not on your toes.
