Vibrant and infrequent solar halos formed in columnal ice crystals of the high cirrostratus cloud spotted in the arctic wilderness. Rarities, such as 120° parhelion and Wegener arc, were observed along with more common, but well defined halos (: 22° ring, 22° upper and lower tangent arcs or circumnscribed halo, parhelia, parhelic circle and an infralateral arc).
