This small family farm has come a long way, having moved four times before finally settling in their current location, which they are proud to own. Dan and Ali are experimenting with a technique called “intercropping,“ where multiple crops are grown in the same bed to maximize space and increase yield. This innovative method allows them to grow a wider variety of produce and make the most of their space.
