✨Subscribe and save this recipe for later✨ Ingredients: 3 slices of keto “white“ bread 2 tomatoes, diced 1 small clove of garlic, minced Pinch of salt and black pepper 1 tsp balsamic glaze or balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp freshly chopped basil 1 ball of burrata cheese More basil leaves for topping Instructions: 1- Lightly brush olive oil on both sides of each keto “white“ bread slice. Place them on a baking sheet and toast in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 10 minutes or until golden brown. Alternatively, toast the bread slices in a regular toaster until they are crisp and golden. 2- Once the bread slices are toasted, rub a half of a garlic clove over the surface of each slice to infuse them with garlic flavor. 3- In a mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, minced garlic, pinch of salt, black pepper, balsamic glaze or vinegar, chopped basil, and olive oil.
