Hasidim Dance Simchat Beit HaShoeivah When the Temple in Jerusalem stood, a unique service was performed every morning throughout the Sukkot holiday: the Nisuch ha-Mayim (lit. “Pouring of the water“) or Water Libation Ceremony.
