A perfect spring day at the cottage Today I am starting my springtime cottage flower and herb garden. For the most part, I am starting from seed. My goal is to make a 100% edible garden (or at least, edible parts). So far I will be growing sunflowers, calendula, camomile, nasturtium, lavender, violas, and several others. My goal is to have a mini container garden to compliment the garden patch. These herbs and flowers will be used for making my own diy herbal teas, salads, desserts, and other recipes. I also hope to have a little berry patch down the line as well.
