This is a drum solo transcription I did as a part of my drum lessons with my teacher Carlomagno Araya (Doctor of Music, University of Miami). Steve Gadd is one of the greatest drummers of all time, and studying him by listening to his recordings, analyzing his style and transcribing each one of his notes in this solo has been of tremendous help to my growth as a musician. This solo is from the live version of Chuck Mangione´s composition called ''XIth Commandment'', released on Mangione's two-LP set entitled Tarantella.
