The carbolite table lamp was produced at the ’Karbolit’ plant in the USSR, from 1930 to 1972. It was a very popular table lamp in the USSR, especially among the law enforcement structures of the Stalin era: NKVD, OGPU, MVD, KGB and prosecutors.
