The first short course of chief secretaries of the city and county committees of the Workers' Party of Korea continued on the 4th. It is of great significance in thoroughly implementing the Party's line and policy to strengthen the cities and counties in accordance with the demand of the new stage of the development of socialist construction. The respected Kim Jong Un, General Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, guided the short course. Ri Hang Gol, Chief Secretary of the Yonthan County Committee of the Party, and six other chief secretaries of the city, county and district committees of the Party made speeches.
