MIT Terminated DEI Requirements.

The president of Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Sally Kornbluth, ended the requirements of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) for hiring. She finally saw that hiring people based on race, gender or sexual orientation does NOT provide good employees. Merit alone is the ONLY factor that should be in Engagement to employment.
