Find your zen with this dynamic hatha flow to stretch your full body. The class begins seated to connect to the breath, and moves into a gentle warm up of seated cat/cows, standing side bends and folds. Other postures include thread the needle variation, spinal balance, tiger pose, low lunge, half splits, high lunge, three legged downward dog, active pigeon, seated twist and child's pose. The class ends seated to connect back to the body and breath. This class can be practiced any time of day and includes music.
