This is one of the best exercises you can do at home for strong legs but also, it's really rugby specific. When we're playing rugby we don't often have both feet on the ground - we spend a lot of our time on one leg. And, we have to be strong and dynamic when in this position, while also being able to withstand contact. You can apply this exercise to your workout as it gives great single leg stability and you'll find it works different muscle groups in other ways. Not to mention, it is also a good cardio workout!
