Kamui Kobayashi took the No.7 Toyota GR010 Hybrid Hypercar to its second pole position of the 2023 FIA World Endurance Championship season at Monza this afternoon. The Japanese ace reprised his 2021 pole at the temple of speed to lap in beat the Ferrari AF Corse Ferrari 499P driven by Antonio Fuoco by a slender margin of . The FIA World Endurance Championship is the world’s premier international sportscar championship, contested over seven rounds across North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. With multiple cars across three categories (Hypercar, LMP2 and LMGTE Am) all on track at the same time, the WEC is a sports car extravaganza that offers action, overtakes, excitement and entertainment for fans worldwide.
