The landscaping was based on 2 artistic moments by Burle Max. The first is the ground floor where organic forms predominate. On the second floor, the orthogonal shapes are present on the green roof of the restaurant adjacent to the hotel. In this place, spaces were created for walking and benches with stylized tables make it possible to enjoy the landscape. in the necessities program we thought of several ideas that would best be configured in the modernist scenario at the time of its inauguration. So we decided for a restaurant by the lake, where freedom, recurrent at the time, was more assimilated to the emptiness of Brasília. So whoever was in this restaurant on a top floor could only see the endless horizon as the capital was at the time. Cinema was a very new thing in 1957 so we decided that the open-air cinema would be important in the case of this program of needs.
