HOW TO MAKE CHORIQUESO! This melty, cheesy recipe is also called queso fundido and makes a great game day meal. It’s so easy to make with only TWO ingredients: chorizo and queso Oaxaca! Start by cooking the chorizo in a pan until fully cooked, then reserve a little on the side for topping the dish. Add the grated cheese to the chorizo in the pan and allow it to melt. (You can also just toss this in the oven for the same result.) Top the dish with the reserved chorizo or your favorite toppings, like mushrooms, rajas, or jalapeños.
