This video is some of my work out techniques I created using random barzz and other fitness equipment I discovered in my travels. w/out having to purchase a gym membership.I love doing callistenics w/ my team (a/k/a :my brothers),in the BARSTARZZ crew , so the BARZZ I'm using in this particular video , basically range from Miami to New York to even Russia. The diversity is a blessing, because the more creative I get, the more fun Fitness becomes..... as if looking good and feeling great wasn't reason enough, somedays we all may need a little extra incentive......
