Fastest wavedash in my city (TEKKEN 8)

So yeah, TEKKEN 8 got cracked, so this is a perfect opportunity for me to play it. I'm planning on slowly upgrading my pc this summer (I've already told you in a community post before) so I can AT LEAST PLAY IT in 60 fps.
