Lets understand this. 👇 See, first understand what is open, pelvic and close pelvic. - open pelvic Asana such as Trikonasana, Prsvakonasana, Virbhadrasana B, Ardha Chandraswna . Close pelvic yoga pose.- Parivarta Trikonasana and PARSVAKONASANA. VIRBHADRASANA c. there are three types of pelvic position during the yoga Asana Practice. To understand with easy words.👇 1- 1st position when your pelvic is neutral such as TADASANA. When you Are not involving your hip socket for any movement.. 2- But when you allow your hip socket to move outward from the Centre or move externally with femur born it becomes open pelvic. 3- but when you cross your legs over each other or rotate, femur porn internally becomes close pelvic. In All the Asana which has lower body movement you are using one of these 3 options. Now, in this video, I am sharing only standing example.
