PARIS — Goga Ashkenazi presented her women’s Fall 2014 ready-to-wear collection under the tents at the Tuileries Wednesday evening and with a flourish. White tulips swayed back and forth at the base of the runway to a soundtrack of whispering winds. The occasion was truly enchanting.
