AHSCT RUSSIA [] It's a complex treatment program against Autoimmune Diseases such as: - Multiple sclerosis - Chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy - Systemic lupus erythematosus - Scleroderma - Rheumatoid arthritis - Nonspecific ulcerative colitis - Crohn's disease The essence of the method lies in the elimination of a defective immune system with its subsequent reset. Our unique method allows to completely eliminate groups of autoimmune cells and affects the mechanics of their appearance. This approach may stop the progression of the disease and prevent further decrease quality of life. In total, patient has to stay in the department for about 30-40 days to undergo a whole cycle of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. We use non-myeloablative protocol based on Cyclophosphamide 200 mg/kg b.w. and Rituximab. The effectiveness of HSCT depends on MS variant, MS duration, and disability level, rate of progression, age.
