Here I am, playing Now Westlin Winds on the allotment, It doesn't get much better than that for me. Growing season has come to a close Januarys full moon pales in the sky, aptly named the 'Stay at home moon'. It was 0 degrees whilst filming this video which certainly reminded me what time of year it is. Westlin winds was wrote by Robert Burns when he was 16 in 1775, can you imagine writing such a thing at 16? I have a strong affinity for the song having such a keen eye for our flying friends and the natural world. I hope you enjoy it and remember to make the most of winters events. The warming winter sun, the frosty stretch of blue sky and even the dull and grey winter days which remind where we live. If you did enjoy my rendition of this, consider checking out my debut album 'Bound to Rise' and keep your eyes peeled for my 2nd album on the horizon. Filmed and recorded by my dear friend Will Killen x
