The plant of the company in Schwandorf, inaugurated at the end of 2019, was specially designed to meet the requirements and dimensions of a circulation system. The moulds of different lengths are transported from station to station lengthwise on roller conveyors and crosswise with lift trucks. Finally, the moulds are stacked on top of each other in a hardening chamber. The mixing plant is located in an enclosure and is connected to a stationary cooling/heating system, so that concrete can be produced with consistent quality and fresh concrete temperature all year round, regardless of the ambient conditions. The plant was designed to be compact and to ensure an optimal flow of materials into a new building. Modern articulated robots are integrated at several points.
