How Fboxdata control the quality of liquid cooling container before delivery What makes an mining operator suffer? One of the most challenge is frequently equipment maintenance and the labor costs it involved. Fboxdata, after running it’s own mining farm for a couple of years, decided to design and manufacture a high performance and reliable mobile mining container which can be easily installed, deployed, and managed with investing less labors and cost, that would be F BOX- liquid cooling data center. In the previous videos, we provided an introduction to F BOX, showcasing its appearance and functionality. In this video, let’s learn how Fboxdata control the quality of liquid cooling container before delivering to clients. The QC procedure involves: 1. Visual inspection: Check the appearance: painting, Logo printing and verify that the container is clean and free from any debris or foreign materials. Check the assembling quality: welding, connecting, wiring and cable management, electric connections, gaskets and seals, fasteners and seals. 2 Leakage Testing: We fill the container with the dielectric fluid and carefully inspect it for any signs of leakage for at least forty eight hours. 3. Electrical Safety Testing: In this procedure we use three sets of power generators to ensure a full testing of pumps, sensors, and controls, are functioning correctly and safely. 4. Thermal Performance Testing: The working temperature is up to 55℃ /131 ℉ Compatibility and Contamination Checks: All components we used are corrosion-resistant. 6. Long-Term Reliability Testing: Ensure the reliability under different loads and transportation. 7. Operational Efficiency Testing: The PUE could be . 8. Environmental Testing: To make sure the container is water proof and antioxidant. After all these procedures, a reliable immersion cooling box is ready for delivery.
