I always actually found it relaxing for some weird reason, minus the more painful pokes and prods. I hope you find this version even better than real life! This includes glove sounds, writing, personal attention, marker sounds, drawing on skin, Q-tips, LOTS of spray bottle use, towels, brushes, flashlights, tweezers, container sounds, and more!!
