Let us know your feedback in the comments below. #Dynamitewraps #PizzaSticks #CokeandMeals #ThereIsMagicWhenWeEatTogether #CocaCola Pizza Sticks with Dynamite Wraps Ingredients for Chicken Marination: Chicken boneless (strips) 300 g Soy sauce 2 tbsp Chili sauce 2 tbsp Vinegar 2 tbsp Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp Red chili flakes 1 tbsp Ingredients for Coating Mixture: All-purpose flour 1 cup Corn flour 1 cup Black pepper powder 1 tsp Red chili powder 1 tsp Chilled water as required Ingredients for Dynamite Sauce: Mayonnaise 1 cup Ketchup 1/2 cup Mustard paste 2 tbsp Vinegar 1 tbsp Sweet chili sauce 2 tbsp Ingredients for Chicken Preparation: Oil (for frying) as required Marinated chicken Coating mixture Dynamite sauce 1/2 cup Ingredients for Sauteed Vegetables: Capsicum (julienne) 1 cup Carrot (julienne) 1 cup Cabbage (shredded) 1 cup Onion (sliced) 1 cup Red chili flakes 1 tbsp Black pepper powder 1 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp / to taste Oil 1 tbsp Ingredients for Assembling: Tortilla wraps as required Sautéed vegetables Prepared chicken Dynamite sauce Ingredients for yeast mixture: Yeast 2 tsp Sugar 1 tbsp Salt 1/2 tsp Lukewarm water 1 ½ cup Ingredients for Dough: All-purpose flour 4 cups Oil 2 tbsp Yeast mixture Ingredients for Pizza Mixture: Boiled chicken (shredded) 1 ½ cup Jalapenos 1/2 cup Black olives 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese 1 cup Red chili flakes 1 tsp Black pepper powder 1 tsp Oregano 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp / to taste Ingredients for Pizza Sticks: Pizza mixture Prepared dough Pizza sauce as required Directions for Chicken marination: 1. In a bowl add chicken, soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, black pepper, red chili flakes and marinate for 15-20 mins. Set aside. Directions for Coating Mixture Preparation: 2. In a bowl add flour, corn flour, black pepper, red chili powder, chilled water and mix well. Directions for Dynamite sauce preparation: 3. Add mayo, ketchup, mustard paste, vinegar, sweet chili sauce, and mix well in a bowlell. your dynamite sauce is ready. Directions for Chicken Preparation: 4. Take the marinated chicken strips and dip them in coating mixture. Deep fry them until chicken is golden brown in color and fully done. 5. Transfer the cooked chicken in a bowl and add dynamite sauce. Toss it well in sauce and chicken is ready. Directions for sautéed vegetables preparation: 1. In a pan heat oil and add capsicum, carrot, cabbage, onion, red chili flakes, salt, black pepper powder and saute for 2 minutes. Your sautéed vegetables are ready. Set aside. Directions for Assembling: 2. Take a tortilla wrap and spread dynamite sauce on it. now add sautéed vegetables and prepared chicken. 3. Wrap it and serve. Your dynamite wrap is ready. Directions for Yeast Mixture Preparation: 4. In a glass jar add water, yeast, sugar, salt, and mix well. let it rest for 5-7 minutes. Directions for Dough Preparation: 5. In a bowl add flour, oil, and yeast mixture and knead a soft dough. cover with a cloth and let it rest until doubles in size. Directions for Pizza Mixture Preparation: 6. In a bowl add chicken, jalapenos, black olives, mozzarella cheese, red chili flakes, black pepper, oregano, and salt, and mix well. Directions for Pizza Sticks Preparation: 7. Take pizza dough and roll it out into a flat rectangle. Cut it in half. Now spread pizza sauce and pizza mixture on one part. 8. Place the other part over it and place cuts on it making vertical strips. 9. Now twist these strips. Bake them in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-12 minutes. 10. Your pizza sticks are ready.
