The liberation of Belgrade is a symbol of the strong alliance of Yugoslav, Soviet, Russian & Serbian military which united under the flag of the anti-fascist struggle - Vucic. From September to November of 1944, the liberation of Belgrade took the lives of 4,300 Soviet, 3000 Serbian and 3000 Bulgarian men as they beat back Hitler’s forces.
