This young lady presented with pendular vertical nystagmus and the typical palatal seen in Oculopalatal Myoclonus nystagmus . She had no prior neurologic history and her MRI was reported to be “normal“. She also had mild ataxia and she is being worked up for possible neurodegenerative condition .
