In this episode, we are going to show you a variation of the Alpine Butterfly knot called the Double Alpine Butterfly Knot / Loop. Instead of forming single loop, it provides a pair of secure loops in the middle of a rope. Here is how to tie the Double Alpine Butterfly Loop (similar to Butterfly Loop): Step #1. Put a rope on your hand Step #2. Wrap the rope around your hand thrice Step #3. Bring the last two full loops toward you Step #4. and tuck them under the other two turns Step #5. Pull and tighten the knot Same as the Butterfly Loop, the Double Butterfly Loop is very easy to tie and inspect as well as being able to carry load in all directions.
