Flax Seed Crackers with Almond Butter

INGREDIENTS: 3 cup Flaxseed meal brown or golden (105g) 1/2 cup whole Flaxseed 4 spoons of chia seeds 6 spoons of water 1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds 2 teaspoon dried rosemary 1 tea spoon dried basil 1 teaspoon salt 4 spoons of olive oil 1/4 of a cup of water First mix 4 spoons of chia seeds with 6 spoons of water and let them expand for couple of minutes. In the meantime prepare all the other ingredient and add all together in a mixing bowl. Then add the water and the expanded chia mixture. Mix all the ingredients, then use your hands to form a ball of dough. The more you knead the dough the drier and harder it will get. Place the dough ball onto two pieces of parchment paper, and use a rolling pin to roll about 2-4 mm thick. Cut to squares/rectangles. Leave the crackers onto the piece of parchment paper and slide the piece of paper onto a parchment paper on to baking sheet. Prick each crackers with a fork 2-3 times. Bake at 350F (180 C) for 20-25 minutes.
