The Spud Inc Playaz Ball is part Boogie Nights Disco ball and part insane training tool. Made just for fun, it turned into a unique training tool that can be used for close grip tricep simulating a French press to rotational work , bicep training , back and finally GRIP WORK. The finger grip work will amaze even the biggest banana hands.
