Caravels played their last US show in their hometown of Las Vegas on January 9, 2015 with local bands Alaska and Same Sex Mary at the Bunkhouse Saloon. Due to personal circumstances, Caravels announced their impending hiatus upon their return from their European tour. The local Las Vegas music scene has embraced the DIY culture but it would not have thrived so strong if it weren't for Caravels' nine years of musical influence.
